Excellent Service Across the board

I think this company has a good thing going. I have received good reliable service from sales when I was applying for insurance. I received excellent service from the claims department when my car was written off. I received excellent service from customer service when I had issues with my broker. I got excellent service when I was involved in a car accident and needed to be towed. I got excellent service when I had to patch small chips on my windscreen. I wish I could remember all the names of the people I have dealt with in the company. Akua, Prudence, Nosipho, Nelly, I think there was a Felicia, Bridget, Ncebakazi, Hlayisani, Cynthia and so many more... Sometimes I was fragile and emotional, sometimes I was frustrated, sometimes confused. But throughout my entire journey I have received clear information, My calls were always answered, I was transferred to the appropriate people, I have been addressed in a respectful and kind manner. Where I was unhappy, my dissatisfaction was always mitigated and there was always, ALWAYS someone to help me. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. Even with my next car, SAU will be my first choice.
