From the very first day I lodged my claim with SA Underwriters till now, I have excellent service from one of their consultants, Nosipho Magubane. Not only was Nosipho friendly on the telephone, she was emphathetic to my situation. She is very professional, courteous and competent. She dealt with my queries very efficiently and aways called me back or e-mailed me. She kept me informed every step of the way. Nosipho is a gem and a true asset to SA Underwriters.
