Dragging claim

I feel bad about the service from SAU (South African underwriters), since the 1st of May 2021 had an accident till today the claim is not yet finalised. After assessment they said the vehicle is written off and I opted to take my vehicle back because is paid up and the damage is not too much, It' is repairable. When enquire about the process they said they are waiting for the feedback from committee. When I ask about the time that they normally take to decision they said they don't know. It is surprising not to know how you run your service.

I did send emails doing follow ups I'm not getting response. My claim consultant is not responding, what must I do if things are like this.

This is now frustrating and it is weakening my home and work performance. I'm no longer concentrating to everything that I'm doing because of this insurance.
