Don't expect any feedback from them. When I called to enquire they didn't even know where my car is located.,when they are the ones who recommend the car to be towed.
When I took my insurance they told me that the curtarcy car was included in the package,and now that I was involved in an accident ,they tell me that it's included only on hijacked and ****** cars ng on accident. Now I don't have any means of transportation. They have not even started fixing my car. Im still waiting for them to send me the recordings from I joined since all calls are recorded. To date I'm still waiting. They don't give feedback,,Im the only one who's calling all the time
