Dissappointed
I have been waiting for weeks for them to respond to settling a claim which they underpaid, no response, no matter how many emails I send.

We have confirmed on numerous occasions that our policy pays the value of the vehicle (less your applicable excess or deductions) – this is in line with the policy terms and conditions.
We have paid the correct settlement directly to your bank, any shortfall & finance charges are for your own account or covered by your shortfall cover.
Your shortfall cover is with different Insurer. They are not related to, nor are they a division of SA Underwriting Agencies.
We advise that you raise the matter of the shortfall cover directly with the other Insurer.
