Discusting service and bad additude
On the 22nd of January 2015 at around 18h30 we had a thunderstorm and my tv's andseround sound was struck. I locked a clame at at the clames department on the 24th and was told that I must get a ****iged report on the damaged goods, I first left the reports as I didn't had the money to have the goods checked. On the 30th SAU called met to find out about the reports Andi told them that because of financial difficalty's I did not send the goods as yet for the reports. I was then told by the operator that SAU will send a assessor to my house to collect the goods and that SAU will get back to me with the report, this was don't on the 3rd of Feb, since then I had to call them to get a folouw up on what is going on with my clame and every time I phone I had to situp with rood comments from the callceter staff as well as senior staff at SAU.
Today the 13th of Feb I was told that the staff can't get back to me as they are in a meeting and that they can only get back to me on Monday the 16th, I mean this is very unprofetional from a Insurance company that is quick to take pure hard urned Monte every month but as soon as one puts a flame in then one must sit with problems like this.

Banie
