Disappointing service an empty promises

I wrote a complaint on the 4th of March 2026 on this forum because the insurance hasn’t been giving me joy. Insurance promised me in this forum that they’re looking into my case and on the same day the 4th of March and today it’s the 20th of March still with no feedback. I’ll be paying the car instalment for the 4th time on the 25th and yet the car I don’t have. I have to pay for public transport for my daughter and I on a monthly basis, my finances have spiralled out of control as it feels like I’m paying for 2 car instalments, I’m depressed and really don’t know What else to do. They do not communicate, you don’t get courtesy calls to make you feel that at-least something is being done, you get nothing only quietness and as a client you suffer in that silence. I’m truly disappointed and very hurt by their service. They have no sense of urgency as their lives are not the ones turned upside down with this whole incident
