DELAYING TACTICS

<p>After several interactions with SA Underwriters they still have not assisted me in any way. its been a week without any feedback and I know this is just a delaying tactic till my car is repaired. nonetheless still taking the ombudsman route with no expectation of getting car hire but to ensure that no one is subjected to the same unfair treatment. I am definitely leaving them after this horrible experience.</p> <p>I am being told they are investigating the matter but there is nothing to investigate, We have listened to the sales call and at no point was I made aware of "add on products" or given the opportunity to add car hire so I dont see what it is they are investigating as there is no way I could have known that it is not included in my "Comprehensive Cover Policy"....</p> <p>I regret the day I joined this *****, lame excuse for an insurer.</p>
