Complaint

I bumped into a pothole in September 2019 with my Mercedes Benz and i lodged a claim with my insurer, I told them what was wrong with the car since i sent it for diagnosis with the dealership. They assessed my car and continued to work on it without informing me what was going to be repaired only to find out that the part that was damaged due to that impact was not repaired. the car was still not driveable since the steering wheel was stiff. The repairs were R28 000 and i was ordered to pay an excess of R15 000. I had to take my car to Drivelines on my own because they refused to do the steering rack repairs. I don't have a car since September 2019 whereas i have a comprehensive insurance for my car.
