worse insurance company ever full of lies & deceit , took an insurance cover with them and I was comparing my old insurance from MiWay, I'm now in a car accident the claim took too long, and they are now coming back with a shortfall of R70 000.00 when I signed up for a cover that will settle everything inclusive of the shortfall. I was rudely forwarded a AOL document without any explanation with a shortfall of R71500.00, I have asked her to go and listen to the voice recording of what I signed up for... there's no way in hell I would have to leave the better insurance and settle for something less. I'm still waiting for the feedback, I signed up for cover which will cover everything including the shortfall.

We firstly confirm that you have never once spoken to us when taking up your policy.
You accepted the policy directly with your Broker and any recordings of conversations or advice rendered are held by your Broker, you may therefore obtain these recordings directly from your Broker.
The policy in question does not cover any shortfall or finance charges that are owed to the bank, nor are you paying a premium to enjoy this cover
With regards to the interest charges at the Bank, a credit shortfall cover is offered to a customer as standard procedure when signing finance contracts with the Finance house.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is correctly cover, however you did not take up shortfall cover with your Bank or with SA Underwriting Agencies.
We confirm that the settlement offered by SA Underwriting Agencies is correct and any shortfall owed to the bank is for your own account.
You are hereby advised to contact your Broker directly to resolve the matter
