Client Complain

A very bad experience, I did claim some 2 weeks back. I was involved in a car accident my airbags deployed and my windscreen damaged, i did claim on the 16th March 2026. SAU today they rejected my claim application, telling me that am not covered because my License is 2 years +, but the agent told me that I can put my uncle as a regular driver privately then we started another call to do the insurance again. I even asked the Agent will I really be covered on this policy if something happens, he said yes. But today I really saw that this guys are lying to us. I will cancel my insurance with SAU hope to find a good insurance that will be transparent with me before taking any steps. I would never advise someone to go for SAU. This is bad, and am not saying this because of emotions but saying this because of not being transparent with a client taking insurance.
