claim take way to long and inconvenience me now cause im now paying for a car which im not using

11 August 2024 I was involved in a car accident and hospitalized and when i was discharged i contacted my insurance SA Underwriting Agencies (Pty) Ltd to claim i provider them with all necessary documents which was needed. The insurance or consultant need to take accountability because it been almost 4 months since i claimed they is a back and forth now they tell me they need a trip report a month prior to the accident which don't make sense to me because i said my car is for my private and the week before the accident i had alot of trips i did during the week now i must wait again for them to investigate why i had alot of trips during the week while i was on leave. Cause when i took the insurance i told them i work from home now i should explain why i had alot of trips during the week make no sense private use car for private trips for me
