Claim reported and no respond.
we had an accident on the 02/10/2015 and on the 03/10 we reported the matter first thing in the morning and they sent an assessor on the 06/10 and they requested police reports and case number of which all was given to them. But we have to call all the time to check how far are they with the claim and we never get a positive respond or we are told that we will be contacted during the day its now two weeks and the car is damaged and maybe we are damaging it more by using it further instead of them fixing the car on time. we just need a quicker respond on the matter and to know what is happening as they deduct payments on monthly bases and we have never claimed against our insurance maybe that should count also. and if there are outstanding issues we should be informed also without following up. in short why cant they just inform us without us contacting them as we have registered the claim with them already. service is very poor. will not recommend them to anyone ever.
