Claim
I made a claim last month on the 6th of June and the told me that my claim is void, after talking my vehicle for about 3 weeks, they brought it back with missing items which I informed them about and they told me that they going to pay me back my premiums and fix the issue of my missing items. I have been calling for about 3 weeks now and they won't even tell me what is going on with my premiums they busy dodging me and telling me straight up lies saying they will call me back about the issues I'm faced with but they don't, they don't care about me and issues I'm faced with because them and they still debiting money from my account, they are *****s and you won't receive any help from them

Q.NON-DISCLOSURE,MIS-DESCRIPTION OR MISREPRESENTATION
Please be advised that should any of the information supp**** to us be found to be incomplete, inaccurate or untruthful, we have the right to declare the policy null and void and/or decline your claim.
- When you accepted the policy you provided untruthful information to the Insurer.
- You were specifically advised that the vehicle will only be covered for private use and that commercial use is not covered under the policy.
- During the claim validation it was determined that the vehicle was being used as a Taxi since it was purchased.
- The policy was entered into under false pretense.
The Insurer would not have accepted the risk and has therefore declared the policy void.
The Insurer would refund any premiums collected, however they will first deduct any costs that they have incurred (eg. towing costs, assessment costs etc.)
If the costs incurred are greater than the premiums received then there will be no refund due to you.
The repairers have also confirmed that you have already collected the missing items 3 weeks ago and have sent us photographic evidence to this effect.
We therefore consider the matter closed.
Feel free to contact our team should you have any questions.
Kind Regards
The SAU Team
