Bad treatment

I hope no one gets to get treated the same way my mom was treated according to me this insurance lacks customer standards, my mom was involved in a car accident on the 2nd June 2019 and unfortunately they written her car off , for a solid 3months without her getting any feedback from the insurance, she had suffered a full 3months without a car and any assistance. This insurance is a big **** hope no one gets to fall for this trap up to date my mom hasn't been assisted instead they going around the circle.. Trying to find reasons not to pay her out.. If you reading this please find a more reliable insurance as for SA Underwriting is lacking standards.. Within a period of 2months they could have told my mom they rejecting the claim or what rather than them going round round
