Bad service ever. Always looking for ways not to pay claims

They always looking for ways not to pay claims. They have written off the vehicle in mid December and since then they have been saying they busy with investigations. They don't call to update me, I always have to call nd until today they haven't done anything to resolve the matter. All they do is sent forms that I should agree that they should obtain my call records for that day. I even asked them to bring back my car so i can fix it myself coz I don't have a vehicle to use since December nd they don't wanna bring it back. My next option is short insurance ombudsman
