Bad Service Car insurace
Hi my name is Denzil . I am a client of SAU . I received a sms to inform me that my policy has lapsed and that I have to call them to reinstate it but when I call the agent told me that she will ask management and simply never returned . I am absolutely disappointed in the recent service by this insurance company . I dont know if I am being discriminated or refused to helped by this company SAU because of the colour of my skin race or my disabillity. If there is a company that is interested n insuring my car please contact me .

We have investigated the matter that you have brought to our attention, and we can confirm the following:
Short term Insurance is a risk transfer mechanism whereby you pay a premium for the Insurer to cover the risk against insurable perils. A customer’s ethnicity has no bearing on our policy terms & conditions, and we pride ourselves in that we treat all our customers fairly and equally.The physical risk, moral risk and claims history are the only important factors in determining the acceptability of a policy.Physical risks would include details such as the type of car, vehicle use, risk area etc. We confirm that the matter was reviewed, and it was determined that your adverse claims and premium payment history are no longer an acceptable risk.
We have determined that unfortunately, we cannot re-instate your policy or continue to insure your assets under our policy and have communicated this decision to your Broker. Should you have any queries or need alternate cover, please contact your Broker for assistance.
