Bad service
HI I am having a bad experience with my insurance. on the 21st December I was Hijacked as Sezela N2 at gunpoint. reported the case at Scottsburg police station. I informed my insurance as early as possible so that it will be easy for them to find information/ investigations. I attended the trauma counselling and I was on medication for the full month because I wasn't copping at all. My wife is having a constant struggle every week when she is supposed to go to work because she had a Neurological operation, she cries everyday as he relays on people to pick her up to go to work.
I went as far as assisting their investigator to find information from network providers. The investigator went as far as threatening me as if I had information. He even came to my work place at Newcastle.
I was not aware that Sezela offramp was that dangerous because I do not stay that side. I only got there when there is a traditional function or funeral. I was told by my cousin and the police that I was lucky because no over survived when they hijack people there.
Me and my wife are struggling everyday by not having a car for 5 months. I am now going to involve my lawyers and ombudsman to have this resolved.
I trusted this insurance when the policy was sold to me, and the went as far as assisting me to cancel my previous insurance.
Now they are hiding behind the claims committee. I gave them everything what more do I have to do? I cannot handle the stress that my family is having, my wife and kids.
How do I refer a friend to this insurance with the bad current experience that I have
I receive a call from Khensani, she told me that the claim was rejected because of ******** cases that were withdrawn as there was no evidence that I was driving, yes the car was mine but I wasn't driving it.2 non disclosure ( I answered all the question I was asked and went as far as calling them to correct the incorrect information that was on the policy schedule.)
they then rejected the policy and reinstated it after a lengthy discussion that we had.
I then asked her to send me all the recording we had, she told me that it is going to be available in 5 days, would I trust that. right now can edit that to suit the decision they have taken.
for me, my insurance is not reliable at all,
I want the call recording from initial point when taking my policy not after in was reinstated.
