Bad Service and Client communication

SA underwriters is possibly one of the worst insurers to insure with. I've been requesting documentation and information regarding my claim for the last month now, even received a letter stating that They have cancelled my policy on the 15th without my consent but they still deducted their premium. I've received information from the broker and the dealership that my claim has been rejected due to previous losses however this has not been communicated to me nor have a received a rejection letter stating these previous losses I have claimed for but yet they can communicate these details to the broker and car dealership and not the policy. The service I have received from SAU has been disgusting to say the least
