Bad service

I have beed with the insurance sinve 2019,paid premiums fully with no hassles, in 2 years being with them my first claim, i got into a ditch and my steering wheel started rattling, i felt like its gonna break i couldn't drive the car anymore, i called the big SAU they towered away the car to my choosen penal beaters in Pretoria Wes, after a week they assigned an assessor who went to the penal beaters and was told he is moving the car to Hyundai for diagnostic which i told him i disagree, they moved my car without telling me, i was only called by the penal beaters that they are moving the car, yours truly insurance didn't even call me.. The car got to Hyundai they call saying i have to pay for the diagnostic service i said i didnt even authorized that it moved there.. Hyundai Zambezi stayed with my car for a while days to be precise, then after 4 or 5 days was the first time SAu called me to tell me that they aint going to fix the car its a wear and tear which they will bring my car back... Really guys we have insurances for emergency but it looks like we were ****med all along, so its been days that i am waiting for my car back to me, its been 3 weeks without my car and they wont fix my car.... Ijo this people are just money making ****s and ******** ppl who really suffer financially. SAU you just lost a client in me, you have a bad bad service. Your staff is also so rude hey, so unprofessional.
