Bad Service

I had a comprehensive insurance with SA Underwriters and i was promised the moon prior to joining them. One morning i woke up with a broken car lock on the driver's side and i suspect a sharp object was used to try to break in. I called the SAU and was told to provide more evidence and police case number. I later received an email rejecting my claim and saying they do not cover keys. I explained that its not the keys broken but my lock on the door. All this fell into deaf ears. I felt that it was not at all fair on my side.

On the other incident, i called them requesting cross border cover and they said i can only get it after having 3 Months with them.

I had a bad experience with these guys. I do not think i can recommend any one to deal with them
