BAD SERVICE

<p>My car was ****** and recovered by Mix Telematics on the 7th of October 2016. thanks to the Mix telematics team for recovering my car within the Golden hour.</p> <p> </p> <p>However my car was badly stripped and I had to claim my insurance (SA underwriters) to get it fixed. I was assisted by a lady called Penelope who claimed that my repair cost are below my access as she tried to convince me. I asked her to send me the repair Quote which amounted to +- R41 630 and she claimed that the repair cost actually amounts to R5000. Exactly the next day I got a call from a gentleman that I forgot to take his name down and he said they will like to tow my car to my residence for me to repair it myself. I got upset and asked what is he talking about exactly and he hang up and never called me again</p> <p>Eventually my car was booked in for repair after a long battle between Penelope Ma****o insurance consultant, Yolande Prinsloo supervisor who never returned my calls, and Suzette Havenga Manager. Upon completion of this repair by MAG my car still had faults my carpet edges was lose my aircon not working and bonnet rubber pilling off MAG acknowledged to repair this but what frustrates me is that SA underwriters is declining to repair dents on my car that accumulated during the incident. And they insist they won’t repair this dent</p> <p> </p> <p>People of South Africa, don’t make a mistake and subscribe with SA underwriters as your insure you are in it for disappointment. This company work hard to avoid claim payment.</p>
