Autassist policy still deducting from my account each month

I cancelled my car insurance in February 2018, they are still deducting R18 a month from my account. I phoned them to find out what this is for and got told it is a policy that was added without my permission. Now that I want to cancel it they conveniently cannot get hold of the department that needs to cancel it, and promised to phone me back later. They did the same stunt when I tried to cancel my insurance how long must I wait to cancel this Autassist policy? I am unemployed and you are *****ing money from me!
