I have cancelled my motor insurance with Sa underwriters and payed the R150 cancel fee beginning of February 2016. When I check my bank account today there was a debit order amount for R18 for Autassist.

The R 27.00 which was deducted from your account is for your Roadside Assist membership fee, your membership does not automatically cancel upon cancelling the comprehensive insurance policy.
