atrocious service!

<p>I tried to make a claim from saunderwiters from september 2016 till today i’m still waiting for my payout. My 1st claim ever from my insurance for mere tyres i’ve been put from pillar to post. I spoke to the 1st guy i was told to get a quote, when i submit a quote Mokgadi started dealing with my claim, what a rude, *********** consultant i have ever dealt with in my life. She sent me back twice to the tyre supplier to ask for stupid and petty things that i believe the insurance is more than capable of getting that info themselves from the suppler as the quote had all the details of the supplier and whatever queries they may had with the quote. The next i get to be told that i should have read my policy before i put in a claim so that i should understand what i am claiming for. When this policy was sold to me i beieve i understood my agreement with the insurer. Should you fail to process my claim, kindly send me a letter that i’ll be able to present it to the ombudsman and the sales convo. </p>
