Atrocious Service

I had written later about the atrocious service Im continually receiving from south african underwriters. My car broke down 3 weeks ago in December.I have been trying to have it brought to my residence for the last 3 weeks.

Im still waiting for it.Today around 8:00 I received a call from BMW Autoside saying the car has been deliverd to them.I then dully furnished them with my insurance companys details. I also keep on receiving SMS"s.:

Case C00ABCX- BMW 316I A/T (F30) has been delivered to 31 Kemston Ave, Benoni, 1500, South Africa, .

2nd Tow From Yard dispatched. C00ABCX for Vehicle CT01YTGP. Charodex Towing cc authorised and should arrive soon. I have been receiving these for a while.yet my car is still not here till today!!!!!

The first message of this kind I recived on the 17/12/2017: Case C00ABCX- BMW 316I A/T (F30) has been delivered to 31 Kemston Ave, Benoni, 1500, South Africa, Autoside Motors. Strange cause this dealership closed on the 15/12/2017 and opened only on 08/01/2018!!!! Below is an email from the dealership disputing the contents of this email received

Good Day Sir

I think you are mistaken we do not even work such vehicles and we did not have anything Towed in over the holidays. We have been closed from 15th until today.

Perhaps it went somewhere else
