Appauling Service

I have been insured with SA Underwriters for over 10 years,I had an accident on the 23/02/2016 and have since been waiting for the claim to be finalised,I corporated and submitted any info requested by SAU as well as E.L.A.They have asked numerous times for ID copies and i sent it more then 3 times,its almost 2 months later and i keep following up and not one call has been made to me to tell us how far the claim is.When we called SAU they said its almost complete then a week later E.L.A calls and requests itemised statements.I have a prepaid phone and i went to 3 different Vodacom shops to print a statement.IF THIS INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED EARLIER WE COULD HAVE EASILY OBTAINED IT.I am fed up of calling and following up.I understand you have procedure to follow so if the itemised statements are part of procedure it should be requested early and not a month later.Now E.L.A has sent an affidavit which we completed and sent back to them, which they have told me is going to be a long procedure.I keep emailing E.L.A to follow up and that's when they request information.I called SAU today and spoke to Yolandi, who promised to call me today,im still waiting for her call.
