APPALLING SERVICE!!

<p>My mom; a 64 year old pensioner has a motor vehicle insurance policy with SAU- South African Underwriters. She made a claim in the beginning of May. It took 3 weeks of back and forth telephones with SAU for us to lodge our claim. Futher to that during this entire process there was very poor communication form their side, no professsioanlisim in trems of accuretly appologizing your staff's incompetence. We were geting mixed messages from everyone we spoke to, until we eventually got helped and my mom's car was picked up.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we thought our problems were over and the car was being fixed (because no one was callining or mailing to give feedback or progress on our claim), we find out (we called SAU) on the 14th of June 2017 that the claim has been authorised, but they have not yet taken it to the pannel beaters for fixing because we have not given them the go ahead to do so! Really? NO ONE CALLED US TO GET APPROVAL OR LET US KNOW HOW MUCH ACCESS WE ARE PAYING! </p> <p> </p> <p>For a company that ***gy bags on our country's name, it is appalling how they treat their clients and the lack of disregard for their clients too. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have cancelled the policy. I do not reccommend SAU to anybody. Imagine my poor mom taking busses and taxi's by herself at such an old age, only because SAU could not act quick enough for a service she has been deligently paying for! REALLY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPPOINTED!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
