Appalling service!!

I was involved in an accident on the 8th October, logged my claim on the 9th October. It is currently the 24th October, and I have still not received any feedback regarding whether my claim has been finalized (close to 3 weeks later). I have had to constantly follow up with the call centre, who are unable to advise when the claim will be finalized. I have been told that my claims is with the “claims committee” for assessment as I have not “disclosed previous insurance claims” on taking up the policy (same experience as @ robsonm82). When asked for the recording of the call, the agent was not able to provide me with it, and simply advised that she had to “confirm with the manager” first. Its completely inexcusable that I have had to wait this long for feedback on my claim (still waiting!!). Service is utterly appalling and unprofessional.
