Amazing service from SA Underwriting on a claim

A while back on a Saturday at work I got a terrible migraine headache. I had to drive home as I had no-one to fetch me and I did not have money for a taxi. Getting home trying to park my car I bumped it bad. My heart was broken. I phoned my insurance and found out that with my upgrade they did not cancel my lower premium and that I was actually double insured. It was my first claim and being double insured I did not know where to begin or how to go about it. The director of SAU, Mr. Emile Olivier got involved. It was indeed a wonderful feeling to think that I am so important that the director got involved to direct me. He was kind and explained everything and recognized me and assisted me keeping me informed all the way. I upgraded from SAU but I am so sad that I did as I got betting service from SAU than I did with my upgraded insurance at the time. I would recommend SAU any time. What an amazing insurance company. Thank you Mr. Olivier for being there for me and your guidance. I will never forget. I appreciate you and your amazing staff. Definitely a job well done when I did not know where to start with a claim or how to go about.
