Accident claim

I had an accident actually a bor drove in my car reported the accident got case number everything send it as a claim, they came back and give me now work to do i can mite as well fix the car itself now i must stay at home from work and go fetch the boys birth certificate who drove in a parked car its now my baby but his name and adress is on the accident report what a useless insurance company
