1 unhappy client at a time, soon many more will be unhappy as well
Everyone has a different story. I don't see many good ones about this company, they seem to only care about the bottom line. When I inquired about the premium I was paying, I was told I am paying what I should be paying had they can't adjust it in any way. Then I decided to change insurances where I got a better Premium and now all of a sudden they can match that lower premium. That's not how you treat loyal clients, I will not in any way EVER REFER this company to anyone I know.
