Unauthorised Debit Order

I have no idea who these people are but they keep debiting my account with R99. I tried reversing it FNB is stating there are signed something of which I dispute. I sent this company an email but I am still waiting for their reply. I even sent a message/request through their online page. I need help in dealing with this company.
