SA UNATHI-UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Unauthorised Debit order, trying to stop it for over 7 months. Spoke to them in November 2014 and promised to stop the debit order request from sagepay, and refund all moneys due to me. Still its going off from my bank account and I never saw a refund! Now i can't get a hold of them on the number provided. Sagepay is not really helping in the matter, they just keep on giving me the same number and that i have to cancel it with sa unathi, but does not investigate the matter themselves. I also would like to know how sagepay investigates these companies and how they know if a debit order request was really legally authorized by a person.???<br>
