annoying unauthorized debit.

There is something called SA Unathi which is debiting on my bank account an amount of R99 I do not know what this is and it annoys me, it angers me because I do not understand how come some stupid company gets permission to deduct on my account, can somebody resolve this I believe its done by an individual on the system without my approval or concern. Its really annoying.
