Excellent customer service

<p>I am honestly amazed at the customer service levels of SA Telecoms, they had my business up and running within hours when my switchboard was stuck by lightening, my previous telephone provider could not send anyone to help us they said we had to wait for 48hours to get a technician. A friend referred me to SA Telecoms as he uses them, they sent a technician to me within the same day, and installed a temporary fix so I could get my staff working again immediately, I have now migrated all my services to them and have been extremely pleased with every interaction that I have had with them especially the technical manager Mugeshani Naidoo. I would definitely recomend the use of their services.</p>
