Worst agent ever Thabisini Mosenyani ruse and aggressive

Worst call centre agents ever , your service is pathetic you need to train you agents ,i have never experience such unprofessionalism your company takes the crown . My mother was contacted by your agent by the name Thabisini Mosenyani she was very rude and aggressive to my mother cutting her off when she was asking question telling her to contact this and that department i had to jump in to the conversation her how to speak to people worse clients

She started doing the same with me , not giving me a chance to speak , this is not the first this is happening your agents needs training on customer service you loosing quite of clients due to this horrific service you provide to your clients if its not ********** act its rudeness and threatening phone calls from your staff

Please do something before its too late. Please take my mother’s file away from her with immediate effect. She is pathetic with no respect for people , i hope she gave a correct name
