Worse service ever!

<p>I am a client's broker and he is financed with SA TAXI. He took insurance with Risk Slip , SA TAXI collects insurance premiums and is supposed to transfer them to Risk Slip but it doesn't seem to be the case. I have spent more than 30 minutes on the call (from ********** from around 02:15 to 2:48- 29 June 2017), All I wanted was proof that SA TAXI is in fact transferring the premiums that they collect from the client. Risk slip on the other hand says they are not getting premiums sosit looks like SA Taxi is doing something wrong. I have spoken to more than 6 people repeating myself and when I ask for superiors, I'm told that none of them is available! In fact one of the consultant just rudely transfered my call back to the queue and the other one (Dineo Mathita) said there is no superior that is available to assist me!</p> <p>This is absolutely shocking! I need somene from SA TAXI to contact me or the client so that we can carry on with the client's claim.</p> <p>They can't just take the client's money and fail to assist him afterward. I need assistance and I need it sooner than later.</p> <p> </p>
