Worse customer experience ever

I was involved in accident in April an my quantum was finance through SA taxi and was written off by them and they promised to settle all outstanding amount including changing my name with Licence department as the owner of the car as it was no longer in my name. Up until to day I have been battling to get clearance from them regarding this and now I cannot renew my trailer as this disk is outstanding. My someone from SA taxi please do something about this. I have been to their offices several times andbeen told that communication has been sent to licence department to cancel my name but still no joy
