Why you repossed the taxi? And after a year you hand him over to MBD

Good day i really need clarity my brother bought the taxi via SA taxi finance and paid the taxi for 2 and half year. And he lost his job but still managed to pay the ridiculous installment because he tried to make arrangements with the consultant and told them he lost his job and he was also trying hard to get the position to put his taxi on the ranking site. But they told him that was not an agreement he must make sure he pays, so for 3 months things got bad and he was in arrears. God came through for him and he got the position and he tried again to make arrangements but they were so rude and told him to pay all the arrears he is owing including the installment for that. He managed to pay R30 000 as an agreement he had with second consultant and 2 days after the payment they came in the morning to reposes the car and it was on the Friday. And on Monday we went to Midrand to get clarity on and the guy that was handling his case said they repossed the car because of lack of communication, and the funny thing he told us that we have 3days to gather R70 000 so that they can give the car back. We couldn't get that money in 3days and we phone him and told us straight that they sold the car. Not even a single day we got statements. A year passed and my is from severe depression. And today he got a message saying The shortfall on your SA Taxi is now being collected by MBD. What kind of madness is this? you took your taxi long ago now you handed over. We need answers. What happened to that taxi? Because you repossed that taxi because of communication and not even you sent him statements of that taxi
