Very rude consultants
I am indebted to the above company. I dont understand why every consultant threatens to repossess the car. They always rudely asking me what do I think will happen if I don't pay. When I give them my expected date of payment they get very aggressive. I am 1 full month behind and every new instalment doubles the amount due. I pay R15000.00 a month and cannot deal with the bad customer service. We are not animals, we are human beings. They should all go for customer service training. They need thorough training in how to respect other people.
