Very poor service

I had a car accident between my car Toyota Yaris and Toyota Quantum in January 2020, Toyota quantum driver accepted the blame as he was wrong turning in front of the yaris The owner said I must claim because he had third party insurance claim, I do so they told me to follow the process I did so, I submitted all the documents needed they said is waiting for senior management for approval till today there is no response
