Unprofessional agent by the name of Refiloe

I would like to lodge a complaint again about the unprofessionalism of your agent specifically Refiloe who contacted my mother she can re- call the date but it was recently

She was very rude and dismissive when she asked her why the vehicle keeps on increasing after she was told that the instalment will remain to that specific amount that was agreed upon.

Mind you my mother is an elderly person who does not understand some terms , her response was are you from SA since you are suppose to know what is repo rate .

She eventually took moms file and send it to the blacklisting department of which she was contacted by another agent who informed her that my mother’s file was sent to that department incorrectly as she has been paying correctly

Again i humbly request that you take my mother’s file away from Refiloe she has no sense of customer care or customer’s skills.

Again my mother contract was re structured but she has never received a new contract. I have send an email request same to date i have not even received your response.

If you care about your clients at all please attend to the above
