Unhappy customer

I have a bad experience with SA taxi, my dad has been a loyal client throughout his sickness. He finished paing off his taxi but to my suprise we were still paying and were never informed. When I asked for a statement to see when it was paid off about a year ago I still have not received it. Now his two taxis got repossessed last month and I am trying to negotiate with them they agree tbat I can deposit 60% of the areas for each taxi in order to get them back. I asked that to be written so that I can also cover myself, so on the letter they agree that I pay that 60% so that I can get the vehicles but they still say that I need to pay the full amount by the 8th of July, so this to me sound doggy as they want me to pay those amounts and still not get the cars. I ask for statements for both cars as ond of them is only left with exactly one year. They are not reachable on the phones anx rude as if they are being paid for their attitude. If it was up to me I would never do a business with them. I asked for installment to be reduced they don't reply they only care about their business and have no customer interests.
