Unfairly repossessed quantum

My brother bought a quantum 2017,2020 Covid affected the business and started to pay his instalments less,he then decided to involve Safety belt debt collectors…last week Wednesday the car was repossessed without any summons and they are claiming the summons were sent to the address which is not my brothers adress,my brother has been getting statements on the correct address yes they send the summons on the different address 😭

With debt review not getting the termination is they sent it via post office 🤷♀️and they don’t care if they received it or not,bear in mind that they do have Safety belt email adress yet they decided to sent it via post office.
