unauthorised payment extentions to gain more interest

SA Taxi Finance is just one of the worst services, my father purchased a vechile in May 2018, the payment terms was 5.5 years, during covid he did a payment extension for 6 months meaning his final payment will be April 2024.

August 2023 my mother calls them to ask how many installments is still payable until the finance is settled, they respond with 8 Months meaning April 2024 will be the last payment. Yesterday we checked the balance and there apparently still 6 Months left of the contract. In January they decreased the installment on the statements but my father continued the normal amount.
