Third party claim SAT128003/1

On Wednesday 20 September a taxi driver drove into my car at a four way stop on main reef towards durban deep. He over took 2 stationery vehicles that were waiting in front of him to give me right of way. He drove into my chevrolet bakkie and it is a write off. He gave me details of he's insurance company upon sending all documents that were required confirmed that he will send an assessor as confirmation and conclude on he's side. Today he is telling me about 60 days waiting period and further investigations. The accident report which the taxi driver gave confirms guilt and negligence on he's side but am being let to suffer the pain of loosing my car and of being unable to work cuz this car generated income for me.
