Third party claim dilemma

I have been without a car for the past 5 months, had a taxi *******ly overtake me on a solid line, by the entrance of a shopping complex on the 7th of January 2022, sent all the paper work, excess has been paid but there's nothing happening. All i was told was that they are still validating the claim, what are you validating that you failed to validate the past 5 months? There's no communication on their end. When you call, you never get assisted, emails are never responded. The worst service I have ever received in my entire life
