Term extension without my permission

Good day I need help urgent in 2017 I bought a Quantum was financed by SA TAXI , was supposed to finished the car car this year but Covid happened they had to extend my term till June 2024 I agreed to that so now I have a problem last year erreas they called me they going to reduce my installment and extend my term with 1 year 😢 😕, just found out that they extended my term by 5years without my permission how can I pay a car for 5 years. I've been in their office from August but no help and I feel like it's a day ******* please help me I do have a queries case no. My email *** Thank you
