Statement account and Ballooning arrears

My account is in arrears and i am forever threatened with car repossession but when i ask just a simple request that they sent me the breakdown of the total outstanding amount they cant. Their quick to threaten you but to give you a service its another thing. My arrears have ballooned out of the blue and i am not allowed to query that issue because they claim my account is with legal. The lines are forever busy, and the agent who calls to threaten you about repossessing are rude to the last degree. Its disappointing that the very same company that should be uplifting black businesses is doing this to us.
